Беседа об авторе

(На доске записано имя автора James Matthew Barrie (1860-1937) и закреплены юшюстрации к книге <<Питер Пэн)>.)

- Look at the pictures and say what book you're going to read this year. (/ think we're going to read the book "Peter Рап".)

- Who wrote this book? (James Matthew Barrie.)

- Do you know anything about this writer? Сап you tel1 me something about him?

(Учащиеся рассказывают, что они знают об авторе произве­ дения, затем читают раздел об авторе на с. 4 (книга для чтения). Учитель обращает внимание учеников на слова и выражения, за­ писанные на доске.)

Thefai,y, Tinker Bell, is а friend of Peter Рап. Captain Hook is а dangerous pirate. In the end, Wendy decides that the best place for her is at home. She brings all the boys back to London, and they live happily there.)
