(После этого учитель делит класс на две команды. Каждая получает лист, на котором написано начало истории и дано не сколько юшюстраций.)
Your story should Ье logical and interesting.
(Учитель дает время для подготовки, а затем каждая команда рассказывает свою историю: члены команды произносят по од ному предложению. В конце педагог определяет, чей рассказ бьш лучше.)
Упр. 3 (с. 20).
(Ученики вместе с учителем читают и обсуждают информацию в рубрике Study Skil/s. Затем учащиеся находят соответствующие компоненты в рассказе упр. 1.)

Events order: The friends chatted. The lights flickered and then went out altogether. The children carried оп laughing and telling scary stories. Suddenly they discovered that Andy was missing. They looked for Andy around the house
but didn't find him. They went back to the living room. The lights came back оп, and the friends saw Andy оп the sofa.
C/imax event: The friends discovered that Andy was missing.
Fee/ings: Firstly, the friends were mепу and excited. Then they felt confused and scared. The children were all very relieved when they found Andy.
(Ученики придумывают и записывают план будущего рассказа в тетрадях. Учитель помогает по мере необходимости. Следует обратить внимание учащихся на объем рассказа. Ученики закан чивают работу дома.)
