Intellectual Resource Assessment Test 01 (TIR01) and its Validation.
A detailed description is presented of a fundamentally new intellectual resource assessment test TIR 01 created by modifying a number of the well-known diagnostic techniques: the Wonderlic Cognitive Ability Test; "Complicated analogies" of E.A. Korobkova; "Exclusion of Unnecessary Things" of B.V. Zeygarnik et al; "Verbal Test" of J. Barrett, tests of H. Eysenck, the School Intellectual Development Test of K.M. Gurevich et al. The content of the test, including five major factors (specific skills): linguistic, logical-verbal, physical and mathematical, attention-related, spatial and combinatorial ones, is described. A computer version of the test and its specificity are considered. The theoretical basis of the test, where the theory of "cognitive resources" of V.N. Druzhinin and the achievements of his research group in the field of intelligence studies are used as the main approach, is identified and analyzed. A psychometric validation, including content validity, predictive validity and competitive validity, is proposed. The practical scope of application of the methodology is discussed.
