What do you think makes an effective team? What sort of people do you need?
In my opinion, an effective team consist of team roles like plant, resource investigator, coordinator, team worker, completer-finisher and specialist. People in team should connect with each other and be friendly and communicative. Every person must adhere to his own purpose and tactic.
What is bullying? What forms of bullying do you know? How to stop a bully?
Bullying is a situation when a teenager who is generally seen as week or different by the majority of their peers, can become a safe target for bullies. Bullies are threat and and tease other teenagers, and they can do it also through the internet. This is called cyber-bulying. Many victims of bullies feel very lonely, have low self-esteem and become depressed. Of course, many parents worry about their children.
To protect their children from bullying, parents need to know with whom their children are associating. They need to encourage children to stay out of situations in which they know they would be uncomfortable. Children should choose their friends wisely, to talk to someone they trust and to be true with themselves.
What is criminal profiling? Explain strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of this investigative technique.
Criminal profiling also referred to as psychological profiling has recently risen in popularity both in police work and portrayals. It deals with methods used to detect criminals such as serial killers and to prevent crimes such as airplane hijacking.
Essentially, it involves investigating an offender’s behavior, motives and background to provide specific information about the type of person who commits a certain crime. This makes it possible to draw up a profile of actual or potential offenders.
Some experts say that psychological profiling is at best useless and at worst harmful. They argue that the profiling of killers has no real-world value, wastes police time and risks bringing the profession into disrepute.
Which roles would you feel most comfortable in when working with others? Which team roles wouldn’t you be good at? Explain.
I think that I am a real completer-finisher. Because I am very conscientious, painstaking, anxious and I always polish and perfect everything and search out errors. And what about weaknesses, I really inclined to worry unduly. I think that I can also be a plant, because I’m a little bit creative, imaginative and free-thinking.
I’m that I can’t be shaper and coordinator, because I can’t manipulate people and identify their talents. Also I’m not very dynamic and challenging.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of being the only child in a family?
I can’t say about advantages of being the only child in a family, because I have younger brother, and I’m very happy about it. We’re spending a lot of free time together and I’m never feeling lonely with him. He is like my best friend and soulmate and we can overcome every problem together. I don’t want to heart no one but I think that being the only child in a family is a little bit sad and boring, especially if you’re not very friendly and sociable, because your family will love u as u are, but not society.

What do you think are the typical features of your national culture? What do you imagine people from other cultures would say?
First of all, our country has special cuisine. It is differing from European cuisine, it’s very colorful and many dishes have interesting taste because of the combination of products. Because of our very cold winter, many foreigners think that in Russia is always as cold as in winter. And when they came now for the World Football Cup in summer, they wondered why here is so hot and warm. We have interesting customs, as Maslenitsa. Historical events where our country took place are also very important, as we’re the only country that could stop the World War. And also our language is very interesting, and many foreigners say that it is beautiful but very difficult to learn.
