Public bodies of campus administration



 

7.1. With a view to reach the highest level of cultural work among students and sporting events, residing safety, living conditions at the campus are being created (elected) and work the student councils, which represent the interests of the residents in relationship with the administration of the campus and the university together with the trade union organization.

 

7.2. The student council coordinates the activities of the senior students of the floors and senior students of the living rooms, involves the residents in socially useful work at the campus and in adjacent territory during out-of-study hours on a voluntary basis.

 

7.3. With the student council shall be coordinated following matters:

- encouragements and disciplinary punishments for the residents;

- plan of cultural work among residents and sporting events at the campus;

- other matters related to the organization of life and leisure of the residents.

 

7.4. The senior students of the floors shall be appointed by the order of the head of the directorate of the campus on a written recommendation of the student council and the campus administration. The senior students of the floors are responsible for monitoring of observance these regulations, the accident prevention (safety appliances) rules, fire safety, sanitary regulations and other rules and norms in the living rooms and the public spaces by the residents; as well as for realization of activities for improvement of the living conditions on the floor.

 

7.5. The instructions of the senior student of the floor are mandatory for all residents of the floor.

 

7.6. For each living room shall be elected senior student of the living room, who should see to the careful use of the tenement and to the keeping the living room clean and in order.

 

7.7. For coordination work at the campus shall be formed the joint student council of the campus, which includes the chairmen of the student councils of the student halls of residence and the members of the trade union organization. The members of the joint student council of the campus may be employees of educational departments of the university, members of the Council of the University for Educational Work (by agreement).

 

7.8. Any activities of political parties and movements at the campus are not allowed.

 

Final provisions

 

8.1. The Regulations and amendments to the Regulations shall be passed by the Council of the University

for Educational Work, agreed with the trade union organization, student councils of the student halls of residence, approved by the rector and put in force by the university order.

 

8.2. The Regulations shall be placed on the information stands of the campus, the official website of the university and are available in each living room of the campus.

 

The Regulations were being passed by the Council of the University for Educational Work 02nd of November 2016, Proceedings No. 1, approved by the rector and put in force by the university order of the (date) __.__.2017 No.____. The Regulations were being agreed with the trade union organization and the student councils of the student halls of residence.
