Dear Jane!

Delighted to tell you that I am in my own flat now. This is small but very nice. There is a lot of light here because I live on the sixth floor. There are two rooms: a living room and a bedroom.

There is also a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.

My bedroom isn’t large but very comfortable. There isn’t a lot of furniture here, but there is a double bed, a cabinet, a wardrobe and two chairs. To the right of the door there is a mirror on the wall and to the left you can see two pictures. There isn’t a chandelier in my bedroom but I have a big and pretty standard lamp.

In my sitting room there is all that I want: a sofa and two armchairs, a TV set and a videotape recorder, a bookcase with a lot of books, my desk with a table lamp on it and a coffee table. On the floor there is a brown carpet and my lovely pictures are on the walls. My sitting room is spacious and cosy.

The kitchen is also very big and comfortable. It’s very convenient for cooking and having meals.

I’m looking forward to your visiting me and hope that you also like my flat.
