Сливочное масло растирают с горчицей и намазывают на хлеб. Мякоть отварной птицы без кожи мелко рубят, заправляют частью майонеза (5 г) и укладывают на хлеб, сверху поливают оставшейся частью майонеза, посыпают тертым сыром и запекают.
