Обеспечение пациентов со спинномозговой травмой катетерами для периодической катетеризации



Катетеры для периодической катетеризации, в том числе и лубрицированные катетеры для самокатетеризации, согласно Классификации технических средств реабилитации, утвержденной приказом Министерства здравоохранения и социального развития Российской Федерации от 28.07.2011 г. №823н, отнесены к специальным средствам, применяемым при нарушении функции выделения.

В Российской Федерации на основании Федерального закона от 24.11.1995 г. №181-ФЗ «О социальной защите инвалидов в Российской Федерации» государство гарантирует инвалидам получение катетеров для периодической катетеризации, как технического средства для реабилитации, предусмотренного «Федеральным перечнем технических средств реабилитации», утвержленным распоряжением Правительства Российской Федерации от 30.12.2005 г. №2347р.
