The Early Children's Autism (ECA) is one of the most difficult violations of mental development. This syndrome in the full look to three-year age is formed. RDA in the following psychological signs is shown:

Children with violations of development represent diverse group on the reasons, forms, degrees of expressiveness of violation and need the individualized, complex specialized correctional help, the maximum rehabilitation and early social integration which is possible under conditions: early identification of problem children, studying of prevalence of these or those forms interest and needs of parents, educational institutions and society concerning such children, ensuring complex diagnostics, correction and compensation of complete development of children in individual programs, social adaptation of children already during the preschool period of life, ensuring continuity and preparation them to school training, rendering the complex medico-social, social and legal, correctional and pedagogical help and psychological support to children with problems in development.

The diagnostic direction carries out the diagnostic, research work directed on studying of personal features of children to development of recommendations for their maximum rehabilitation. In the conditions of such centers conditions for correctional work with children with limited opportunities are created. For implementation of correctional and improving actions correctional studios, system of special offices on treatment-and-prophylactic and improving work, an office of unloading, an office of LFK and the medical strengthening massage, an office of physical therapy, medical and procedural offices will be organized. In other cases, for example, in structure of the center of medico-pedagogical rehabilitation by the main divisions are: school of individual training, treatment-and-prophylactic complex, medico-psychology and pedagogical consultation, psychocorrectional office, complex of social and labor rehabilitation, complex of creative rehabilitation.
