V . Exercises for Relaxation (упражнения на релаксацию глаз и мышц шеи).
Teacher:
Now many people connect with the computer. But a long work may harm your eyes. That`s why let`s do some exercises for your eyes and necks. You should do such exercises every hour.
Eye relaxation.
- Blink your eyes
- Close your eyes and then open them. (5 times)
- Move your eyes to the left and the right. (5 times)
- Look up and down. (5 times)
- Roll your eyes to the right and to the left (3 times)
- With the help of three fingers press the upper eyelid (5 times)
- Look at your picture and then at the picture on the screen.
Neck relaxation.
- Turn the head to the left and to the right (3 times)
- Bow the head to the left and to the right (3 times)
- Rotate your neck to the left and to the right (3 times)

Germany is an industrial country. It is a big exporter and importer of different goods. Germany does business with a lot of countries of the world. Her trade contacts are developing from year to year. The goods of Germany are in great demand. Every year her firms receive a lot of enquiries for their goods from different countries of the world. They export manufactured goods, machines, cars, high technology equipment, shoes and other goods and import raw materials, fruit and foodstuffs. Now Germany has trade contacts with a lot of countries and foreign trade helps her to have good profits.
