Выводы и дальнейшие направления



При депрессии наблюдаются раз­личные формы расстройства сна, в том числе нарушение целостности и структуры сна и изменение фазы быстрого сна. Однако пока непонят­но, насколько эти нарушения спе­цифичны для депрессии. Кроме то­го, до конца не ясно, являются ли нарушения сна при депрессии пер­вичными или вторичными. Дейст­вительно, выявление некоторых на­рушений в фазу ремиссии и их чув­ствительность к медикаментозному лечению свидетельствуют о том, что эти нарушения скорее всего не являются эпифеноменом. Для отве­та на эти фундаментальные вопро­сы требуются дополнительные про-спективные исследования.

В заключение следует подчеркнуть, что про­верка нейрофармакологических и хронобиоло­гических моделей поможет лучше понять па­тофизиологию депрессивных состояний.
