Выводы и дальнейшие направления
При депрессии наблюдаются различные формы расстройства сна, в том числе нарушение целостности и структуры сна и изменение фазы быстрого сна. Однако пока непонятно, насколько эти нарушения специфичны для депрессии. Кроме того, до конца не ясно, являются ли нарушения сна при депрессии первичными или вторичными. Действительно, выявление некоторых нарушений в фазу ремиссии и их чувствительность к медикаментозному лечению свидетельствуют о том, что эти нарушения скорее всего не являются эпифеноменом. Для ответа на эти фундаментальные вопросы требуются дополнительные про-спективные исследования.
В заключение следует подчеркнуть, что проверка нейрофармакологических и хронобиологических моделей поможет лучше понять патофизиологию депрессивных состояний.
