Results, discussions and conclusions.

Thus, the obtained results indicate that, regardless of gender, age of patients who have suffered a nasal injury, the rhinocardial reflex plays a significant role in the formation of persistent cardiac rhythm disturbances, as well as hemodynamic parameters recorded during removal of the anterior tamponade of the nose. Analyzing the table number 1 violation of heart rhythm by type of sinus bradycardia, was observed in 6 patients from the group "from 1-6 months", "from 6 months to 5 years" and "more than 10 years." In the group “from 6 months to 5 years” in one patient the indices of heart rhythm remained unchanged. Nevertheless, more persistent and gross cardiac arrhythmias were reported in 2 patients with injured nose more than 2 times, in the form of sinus bradycardia and conduction disturbance of ventricular extrasystoles (more than 80 times a day).

From the side of central hemodynamic parameters in the measurement of blood pressure by a mechanical tonometer, a tendency to hypotension was revealed. So in 5 persons with an established diagnosis of hypertension on the first day after surgery, blood pressure indicators were close to normal. Persons with normal blood pressure, a decrease of 10-20 mm Hg.
