Procedure’s financial conditions
1. The host side ensures the following matters:
1.1 payment of one’s path from their residence to the Contest’s site and return actual expenditures, but not more than:
- open carriage train ticket expenditures for participants from the Volga, Ural and Siberian Federal Regions of the Russian Federation;
- airplane economy class ticket expenditures (the possibility of paying for one’s fuel and lubricant materials for travelling by car, preliminary, without-assistance purchase of airplane tickets as well as train tickets must be negotiated by the contestant with the Contest’s Organizing Committee on one-to-one basis.);
1.2 free-of-charge accommodation in a well-arranged hotel room (the hotel is the Festival’s official partner (from 19 August through 26 August, 2019);
1.3 free meals 3 times per day during the Contest’s carrying period (20 August – 25 August, 2019, 26 August, 2019 – breakfast only) (accommodation and food expenses beyond the boundaries of the aforementioned hotel and the «Okolitsa» site will not be defrayed.);
1.4 organizing internal transport in correspondence with the Contest’s programme including meeting and departing contestants in the airport, train station and bus depot of Tomsk.
2. The Contest’s participants are meant to provide warm, waterproof clothes and footwear of their own in case of poor weather conditions.
Final Clauses
1. All demonstrative materials that are received or recorded by organizers during the Contest’s carrying (photographs, video recordings) are the property of organizers who own the right to play, distribute video recordings made during the Contest’s carrying, realize their broadcast, as well as use them when creating anthologies, booklets, releasing video discs without paying contestants royalties. Their use for the purposes of carrying the Contest and advertisements out does not require additional coordination with guests and participants of the Contest.
2. Contest-related and presentational material received from the Contest’s participants may be used on the websites of: Tomsk region Administration, Tomsk Region Department for Culture and Tourism, The «Avangard» establishment. It may also be used in advertising purposes.
3. All of the works that will have been carried out during the Contest will become the Contest’s organizers’ property.
4. During the Contest participants provide possible assistance in organizing of working sites and leisure activities

The selection of the participants and the subsequent notifications are to be done until the 25th of May.

Application should be sent along with photographs of 5 works shot from different angles in jpg. format (not less than 300 dpi and not less than 3 mb) with resolution not less than 1024*768 pixels with descriptions pointed out in Annex 2, as well as a photo of the craftsman themselves.
