Hermione, on her part, shares her knowledge — she's always helping Harry and Ron with their homework.
When they're solving problems they rely on one another's strengths.
Harry and Ron know how intelligent Hermione is. So they always rely on her knowledge. Ron and Hermione know how brave and skilled at defense against the dark arts Harry is. Their individual strengths make up the perfect trio.
They're honest.
This trio isn't afraid to tell it like it is, when they know it's for the best. They support one another's strengths and interests, but they also speak up when one of them is acting like an idiot. True friendship.
They always come back.
There are times when things are tough, and it looks as if the friendship won't last. But these three will come back for one another. Always. And that's the mark of true friendship.
Harry and his friends are ambitious, confident and brave. They set up goals and do their best to achieve them. They never give up. But an ability to get through difficulties is not their only feature. Their deeds are generous and noble, their feelings are high and beautiful. They make their lives worth living and I cannot help admiring their ability to sacrifice their own well-being and happiness for the sake of others.
To sum it up I would like to say that J. K. Rowling knows exactly how to move our hearts. While depicting her heroes, revealing their characters, their actions, conveying their feelings and emotions the author makes us love them, admire them.
To my mind people these days are often getting aggressive, selfish and hostile towards others. It is not an exaggeration to say that we forget about the precious feeling of being close to each other. That is why it’ so useful to read about such characters as Harry, Ron and Germiona who show their abilities to be helpful, kind, understanding and caring, to bring happiness and relief to people around them, touch our hearts and feel great respect.
Specific lexical and grammatical forms used in the novel.
As long as we are speaking about the importance of reading in a foreign language we can’t but mention some language peculiarities of the book.
All in all I came across approximately 1180 new words. Among them there were both colloquial constructions and idioms. I’ve been doing my best to find out the meaning of the constructions in dictionaries and remember them. Besides I got to know some grammatical and lexical units which were of great interest to me. Moreover, I was a bit puzzled by a very specific way of shortening the words and expressions. For example:

- What d`you mean? (p.276),
- What d`you feel? (p.271),
- dunno (=don`t know) (p. 396).
Mind interesting grammatical constructions:
“Everyone exclaimed over Deluminator and The Tales of Beedle the Bard and lamented the fact that Scrimgeour had refused to pass on the sword, but none of them could offer any suggestion as to why Dumbledore would have left Harry an old Snitch”. (p.130)
“ Would have left ” a form of Subjunctive II. But the way it`s used in this passage is quite specific. Let`s try to translate it:
“ …но никто из них понятия не имел, с какой стати Дамблдору пришло в голову оставить старый Снитч Гарри”.
By the way do you know how they translated the passage in the Russian version of the novel?
«Каждый восторгался делюминатором и «Сказками барда Бидля», высказывал сожаления о том, что Скримджер отазался отдать меч, но никто не смог предложить толкового объяснения того, что Дамблдор оставил Гарри старый Cнитч».
Here is one more example of the usage of grammatical forms. This time we speak about modal verbs:
“That woman, or vulture might be a more accurate term, positively pestered me to talk to her. I`m ashamed to say that I became rather rude, called her an interfering trout, which resulted, as you may have seen, in aspersions cast upon my sanity”. (p. 152).
Here is my translation of the passage:
«Та женщина, или я бы лучше назвал её стервятница , что охарактеризовало бы её точнее, определённо приставала ко мне, чтобы я поговорил с ней. Стыдно признаться, но я нагрубил ей, обозвал её вездесущей форелью, что закончилось, как вы, возможно, видели, зверским покушением на моё достоинство».

«Эта женщина, а вернее сказать, стервятница, буквально извела меня просьбами побеседовать с ней. К стыду моему, должен признаться, что я ей в конце концов нагрубил, обозвал пронырливой пятнистой форелью, что породило, как вы, возможно, знаете, клеветнические утверждения касательно поразившего меня умственного расстройства».
