Summary . The article considers philosophical and psychological approaches to the problem of unconscious mental phenomena. It is known that throughout all periods of ideogenesis, the problem of the unconscious did not give peace to philosophers and scientists, regardless of the difference in their views. They pay special attention to the cognitive approach in studying the problem of interaction between unconscious and conscious processes.
