Определение категории взрывопожароопасности



Помещений и зон

Цель: приобретение студентами навыка определения категории взрывопожароопасности помещений и зон в зависимости от вида и количества применяемых веществ, от условий окружающей среды.

Расчетные формулы:

1) Температура вспышки спиртов, кетонов, углеводородов, кислот и других классов органических веществ tвсп., оС:

где     а, в – эмпирические коэффициенты, приведенные в ГОСТ 12.1.044–84 (для солярового масла а = – 86, в = 0,82);

tкип. – температура кипения исследуемой жидкости, оС.

2) Температура вспышки исследуемой жидкости при нормальном атмосферном давлении tвсп. норм. , оС:

           

где    tвсп. изм. – температура жидкости при первом наблюдении вспышки, оС;

В – измеренное барометрическое давление, кПА.
