      1. выбрать триггер для построения счётчика.

     2. разработать схему построения счётчика по способам:

- обратной связи;

- комбинированных соединений выходов;

- по методу блокирования сигнала.

Предположим, что 23< Тn ≤ 24, т.е. Тn=13  разрядность счётчика n =4

Счётчик строится на триггерах КР155ТВ6.
