Charity is helping those who need it. The main feature of charity is the free choice of assistance. A person can voluntarily help those people who need food, clothes, shelter, money. Functions of charity:
-economic - concern for people who are not able to take care of themselves;
- social assistance to citizens with living conditions;
- market - assistance in solving the shortcomings of the social policy of the state;
- public - regulation of public relations.

Некоммерческие организации имеют высокую социальную ориентацию, предоставляют нужные услуги для общества. Ключевой целью функционирования некоммерческих организаций является не получение прибыли, а достижение социальной миссии.Некоммерческие оказывают социальную помощь вместе с волонтёрами, спонсорами, благотворительными акциями, пожертвованиями. Такие организации гораздо больше смогут помочь людям, чем коммерческие.

The key goal of the functioning of non-profit organizations is not to make a profit, but to achieve a social mission. Nonprofits provide social assistance together with volunteers, sponsors, charitable events, donations. Such organizations will be able to help people more than commercial organizations.

Дети и подростки с психологическими особенностями готовы воспринимать все новое, не задумываясь о последствиях. В их разум легче внедрить как положительный, так и отрицательный образ. Когда нет положительного образа, то разум заполняется наркотиками, курением, алкоголизмом. Именно поэтому основной задачей учреждений культуры и социальной защиты населения должна стать организация досуговой занятости детей и подростков, расширение перечня предоставляемых услуг с учетом досуговых предпочтений этой категории населения. Социальные организации должны оказывать помощь трудным детям, направлять их на правильный жизненный путь.

That is why the main task of the institutions of culture and social protection of the population should be the organization of leisure activities for children and adolescents, the expansion of the list of services provided, taking into account the leisure preferences of this category of the population. Social organizations should help difficult children, guide them to the right path of life.
