The aim of the work is to improve the quality of fuel combustion in the steam boiler KVG-130 by changing the air flow to the burners by developing an automatic control system.
To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been set and solved: the control object has been analyzed, a structural diagram has been developed, a functional automation scheme has been developed, technical automation tools have been selected, a combined automatic control system has been calculated, a basic electrical circuit has been developed, and measures have been developed to improve the safety of the boiler.
A number of design solutions have been applied in the developed control system, technical and organizational measures and proposals have been developed, the application of which will improve the level of technical, fire and environmental safety, and improve the stability of the equipment operation, including during emergencies.
The work was carried out in accordance with the task, the goal of the work was achieved. The developed system can be used to increase the efficiency and improve the safety of operation of the KVG-130 boiler and other similar heat-and-power engineering facilities.
