There always be a reason behind the fury that you are showing. Always try to find out what is creating the stress, the outlet of which manifests itself in the form of anger. If you discover the reason than you can find an answer to it by which you can avoid acting furious at anything and everything.

Try to see things from the perspective of others. This will make you realize what others will be feeling about you when you become angry or furious. If you manage to do it, you will begin to feel a sort of calmness inside you and you can, to an extent, prevent yourself from blasting off.
