Выполните упражнения. Для этого необходимо вспомнить следующее:
Глагол to be в настоящем времени
Глагол to be обозначает быть и употребляется во всех временах, существующих в английском языке. В настоящем времени он имеет формы: am — для местоимения I — я; is — для всех существительных в единственном числе и местоимений he — он, she — она, it — оно и все неодушевленные предметы любого рода; are — для множественного числа всех существительных и местоимений we — мы, you — ты, Вы, they — они. Глагол to be в настоящем времени соответствует русскому есть, которое обычно не произносится в предложениях.
Ниже приведена таблица употребления глагола to be в настоящем времени.

Для образования вопросов необходимо поставить глагол на первое место.
Например:
1. Am I Russian? Yes, you are. Я русский? Да.
2. Is he Chinese? No, he is not. Он китаец? Нет.
Для образования отрицательной формы необходимо после глагола поставить отрицательную частицу not.
Например:
1. His friend is not (=isn’t) young. Он не молодой.
2. We are not (=aren’t) students. Мы не студенты.
Упражнение 1.Вставьте необходимую форму глагола to be, переведите предложения:
