Let me introduce myself. I am Andrew Bell. Andy for short. My full name is Andrew Malcolm Bell. Andrew is my first name. Malcolm is my middle name. Bell is my surname. Middle name is a tradition in our family. My father also has a middle name. His name is Albert Maxwell Bell. So, as you see, we have the same initials.

I am 17. I am in my final year at school. In other words, I am choosing my career. It is not easy. I think about journalism. I also think about teaching. I am fond of music, sport and reading. I'm rather good at chess. In this I take after my father. He is a fine chess-player. I have many friends. Most of them are my schoolmates. My best companions are Mike and Dick. They are doing well at school. They are fond of football, rugby, rock-music.
I am fond of animals. We have a parrot Cheeky and a young colly-dog Prince. My mother's pet is her fluffy cat Kitty.

Albert Bell’s parents are dead.

They often come to see their parents and then their parrot Cheeky and cat Kitty have no peace at home. All in all they are a happy family.
