INFORMATION LETTER
the I scientific and theoretical online conference with international participation
«Tea in Historical, Cultural and Medical Aspect»
(Kursk, December 15, 2020)
The first scientific and theoretical online conference with international participation «Tea in Historical, Cultural and Medical Aspect»is held in Kursk State Medical University.
Teachers and students, researchers of scientific educational medical institutions, libraries are invited to participate in the online conference.
Thematic areas of the conference:
Ø Tea traditions: historical and cultural aspects
Ø Tea ceremonies of different nations
Ø Reflection of tea traditions in art and literature
Ø Tea as means of dialogue between cultures
Ø Nutritional value of tea
Ø Therapeutic properties of tea
The conference will be conducted on December 15, 2020
Working language of the conference – Russian, English
Form of participation: online
Main forms of online conference work:
• Participation with a report
• Participation with publication in the collection of conference proceedings
• Participation without report and publication
Conditions of Participation in the Online Conference.
In order to participate in the conference it is necessary to fill in the registration form before December 1, 2020 by the link: https://forms.gle/um8dvBFVwBSY2Vov6
Forms of participation include: online - report presentation and publication of articles in the conference collection, absentee – publication of an article.
The article submission guidelines are contained in Annex 1.
Submit articles materials in electronic form to e-mail: libkgmuforum@mail.ru until December 1, 2020.
According to the conference results, articles and abstracts will be published in the collection, registered at Federal State Unitary Enterprise Research and Development Centre “Informregistr”, and be subsequently available on the website of the scientific electronic library eLIBRARU.RU. The collection in the form of a book (not article by article) will be included in Russian Science Citation Index.
Conference Organizing Committee reserves the right not to accept materials that were not verified in the “Antiplagiat” system regarding unauthorized text reuse (text originality of Your article must be no less than 60%).

Annex 1
ARTICLE SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
General Requirements
1.1. Only original articles are accepted, which were not previously published,
corresponding to the announced conference track.
1.2. Works, having less than 60 % text originality within “Antiplagiat” system
(without heading and List of References) will not be accepted.
1.3. All materials must be submitted in Russian, in an electronic form, in
Microsoft Word format. If authors have the English variant of their articles,
it should be submitted as well. English texts without the Russian variant will
not be accepted .
1.4. The abstract, providing insights into the article, must be presented. The abstract length should be no more than 800 symbols (spaces included).
1.5. The length of the material together with the abstract, pictures, annexes and etc. must be no more than 10 pages.
Submission Requirements to the Main Part of the Article
2.1. Paper format – А4 (210х297), orientation – portrait;
2.2. Margins – 2 cm from all sides;
2.3. Font – Times New Roman, font size of the main text 14 pt;
2.4. First line indent – 1,25 cm, line spacing – one-and-a-half (1,5);
2.5. Text alignment – full justification;
2.6. It is allowed to use tables, pictures (diagrams as well);
2.7. It is NOT allowed to use hyphenations, page numbering, page/section
breaks, expanded or condensed character spacing;
2.8. It is allowed to use contractions only after mentioning the full variant of a term;
2.9. Units of measurement are given in accordance SI system.

Article Heading Submission Requirements
3.1. The article title is placed at the top center of the page, printed with upper case (capital letters) of semibold type, without hyphenation, without dot at the end.
3.2. Surnames of authors are placed under the article title. First letter is capital, other letters are small, printed in bold italics. In the list of authors the surname is pointed first then the initials.
3.3. Work place of authors (name of the organization, town/city, country) is placed under the surnames of authors and printed in italics. Name of a subdivision/department is placed under the name of the organization and printed in semibold type.
3.4. A supervisor (if any) is placed below, printed in semibold type; after “dash” (–) the degree (in abbreviated form) and academic rank are pointed, then surname and initials of the supervisor are specified.
3.5. All items of the article heading are centered without the indent.
