1. Let`s talk about different types of houses. . Are you a happy owner of a detached house or do you live in a flat?
There are many different types of houses:
Of course every type has its advantages and disadvantages.
Detached house.
One advantage of a detached house is the fact that the free space surrounding the building
belongs to the family. You can do whatever you would like to be done in your house.
The disadvantage is that all repairs in the house should be made by the owner.
A semi-detached house
One advantage of living in a semi-detached house is that there is still some privacy even if one wall is shared by the two houses.
disadvantage is that you are responsible for the upkeep of your side of the house
Terraced housing
One of the major advantages of terrace housing is that it is relatively cheaper than a semi-detached built in the same location.
One great disadvantage is that there is typically no yard or garden that comes with a unit. There is less privacy too.
A flat or an apartment
The one advantage of renting a flat is that you are not responsible for it – you are only renting. In case you feel like moving house, you can just leave.
The main disadvantage of renting out a flat is that it will never be yours. You do not have the right to make repairs or renovations to suit your needs.
I live in a three- room flat of a five-storeyed block of flats. The design of the building is rather old, because it was built long ago.
My house has a very pleasant and convenient location.
Our flat is on the… floor. All the rooms are separate. We have all modem conveniences. I think our flat is nicely furnished..
I really like my flat, because it's cosy and comfortable. Everything in my home is dear and precious to me. The house starts to be home when it is warmed by the people who live in it, doesn't it?

Zhlobin is our ancient and ever young town. It’s an eye-witness of many events that happened in it and its surroundings. Zhlobin is one of the most picturesque towns in Gomel region. It is attractively situated on the River Dnieper . The town impresses by its greenery.
Zhlobin population is about 80 000 people. It is a big cultural centre: there are many schools, technical colleges, vocational training schools. Besides we have a cinema, club, palaces of culture, libraries.

Zhlobin has a lot of sports facilities: sports-grounds, stadiums, swimming pools, a big Ice Palace for winter sports and games. All people have a possibility to keep fit and be healthy.
Zhlobin is an important transport centre. It has a new a modern railway terminal, and a bus station.
My town is beautiful in every part of a day, in every season. So I can say that I’m proud of my town.

But on the other hand your neighbors can be very noisy, some flats are really small and you can’t have nice garden around it. So I would recommend to build a new house. It’s very expensive nowadays but to have your own big house with enough space and privacy is the best idea.

If the room is cluttered it doesn’t mean than you’re untidy. lazy or not organized but may show a busy side of your nature. The minimalist clean look can show that you’re cleanie or that you’re never at home. Old furnishing could mean that you are frugal or you are not worried about appearance. People who like cooking generally have nice functional kitchens. Artist appreciate natural lighting and space. Depending on the condition of your home and items in it visitors will have a message about you. The details are what it is all about.
