Were researched: essential theses of system-reformatory approach in management; the adaptation process of industrial enterprises to the conditions of non-determination of market relations; the essence of reformatory factors of industrial process management; the process of adoption and realization of management decisions under conditions of system transformations; the management factors; management methods by processes and platforms in the system of network organization.
Were developed: the mechanism of integrative development of system management, which is induced through revelation and solution of contradictions of industrial enterprises functioning; the model of formalized conditions of basic management optimizing system.
