1. Slope - speed of change of a target signal.
2. Start time - time of the beginning of formation of a signal.

If any input of the block in model is not connected, at modelling performance in main window MATLAB there is a warning message. For elimination of it on not connected input of the block it is possible to give a signal from block Ground.

Appointment: Creates entrance port for a subsystem or for model of the bottom level of hierarchy.

Oscillograph Scope
Appointment: Builds schedules of investigated signals as time. Allows to observe of changes of signals in the course of modelling.
Oscillograph Floating Scope
Oscillograph Floating Scope,as a matter of fact, is the usual oscillograph Scope translated in a "free" mode. The example of model with oscillograph Floating Scope is shown on fig. 9.2.10.
In this mode the block of an oscillograph has no inputs, and the choice of a displayed signal is carried out by means of tool 
(Signal selection) panels of tools.

Appointment: Builds the schedule of one signal as another (the schedule of kind Y (X)).
Digital display Display
Appointment: Displays value of a signal in the form of number.
