The order of presentation of materials
To participate, please send an application and the text of the report to the organizing Committee by e-mail by November 10, 2018 ("State and law 2018" is indicated in the "Subject" of the e-mail). A personal invitation and a contract form are sent after receiving the application and the text of the report. The size of the registration fee will be reported in the personal information.
Payment information:
Amount of registration fee: 9 $ (8 euro)
Forwarding the paper version of the book: 10 $ (9 euro). The cost of sending a paper version of the collection (made in the case of confirmation of the author)

The texts of scientific articles are published in the collection (indexed in the RSCI), which will be published after the conference.
Mogilev state University named afterA. A. Kuleshov reserves the right to translate materials into electronic form with their placement on the website of the faculty of Economics and law, as well as in the electronic archive of the library of the educational institution "Mogilev state University named after A. A. Kuleshov" and in the Russian science citation index on the platform elibrary.ru open access.
The working languages of the conference are English, Belarusian and Russian.
The form of the conference-part-time.
Requirements for the submitted materials
The application and the text of the report shall be submitted as a single file-document. The file name must consist of the author's surname and initials. The application is placed on the first page of the document file. The text of the report is presented in the editor of Microsoft Word, font Times New Roman, 14pt; single interval. All margins – 2,5 cm, the Volume of the text of the report, including the list of references – up to 4 full pages.
The first line is the UDC index (left – aligned). On the second line of the text of the report in lowercase letters is printed the name of the report; on the third (after skipping one line) – last name, first name of the author (s), place of work and (in parentheses) – city, country (all – alignment in the center). Further, with a paragraph indent of 1.25 cm and a single line omission, a brief abstract is printed, followed by the omission of one line – the text of the report. Footnotes to the sources are given in square brackets. The list of sources is given at the end of the text, after skipping one line, under the heading "list of sources", and is made in accordance with GOST 7.1.
Not allowed text alignment, using space characters, compression of font and change interval, the use of automatic hyphenation. The organizing Committee has the right to select the submitted texts. Materials with violation of the specified requirements that do not meet the conference subject, the criteria of scientific text, or in need of correction, are rejected. The organizing Committee does not give information about the examination of individual works.
