Intonation of commands
The intonational structure of imperative proposals depends on their purpose - orders, requests or invitations. Orders are usually pronounced gradually by a downward graded scale and a falling completion. Requests and invitations are pronounced low ascending completion.
Do not go out; late at night! – Не ходи гулять по ночам!

Intonation of exclamations
The exclamations are usually pronounced falling. The range of sentences can be expanded or narrowed compared to neutral statements (signs "/" before stressed syllables). Exclamations of what and how can be hit, if you do not need to highlight the following nouns / adjectives.

Intonation of general questions
Common questions are usually pronounced gradually downward and low-rise. The level of the beginning of general questions is slightly higher than the categorical statements.
‘Can I /keep it? – Можно подержать его у себя?
/Is it? – Неужели?
Intonation of alternative questions
The intonation of alternative questions is characterized by alternating rise and fall. The first syntagmas as general questions are pronounced low rise, the second - low fall.
‘Is she /eighteen or \nineteen? – Ей 18 или 19?
