I really can't stand 1.......................................... airports. I always 2……………………far too early and then I have loads of time to kill. It's so dull sitting around and drinking endless cups of coffee. So, instead of flying on my latest business trip, Idecided to drive. I was justenjoying the scenery, when suddenly the weather changed. The clouds were so thick that I lost the signal on the sat nav. Then it started to5 …………………............................ The rain was so heavy Icouldn't see the road in front of me. I needed to be at the ferry by 10:30, so I decided to keep going, despite the weather. By the time I7 …………….into the car, I was completely soaked and very fed up. I arrived at the harbour just in time to see the ferry starting its crossing. What a nightmare!
