ўс. Overview

1. Application:

The machine can be measured in a variety of materials and make tensile, tearing, peeling, adhesion...and resistance to physical properties.

2. Theory:

The machine is an electronic display peeling testing machine, using a motor drive screw to move the fixture, the test fixture with sample device is disposed between the upper and lower fixtures, and then is administered to a predetermined speed, the upward clamp peeling the specimen and the upper part of the fixture will feel the peeling strength; and the force is transferred into the voltage signal to the display, finally the LOAD CELL power sensor connecting display automatically shows the power value.

ўф. Equipment Installation

1. Power condition: Kindly connect correct power according to the nameplate on the machine.

 

Danger: Ўц The deviation of the in-put power is ЎА10%, and make sure the machine is well grounded to avoid electricity leakage.

2. Operating environment requirements: room temperature, 0-55ЎгЈГ, relative humidity, <80%, and far away from strong electromagnet.

3. It should be installed on horizontal position.

4. Please check if there are loose or failure of upper and lower limit before starting the machine, if happened, please amend and lock so as to avoid damage to the machine.

ўх. Operation Regulation

Specimen preparation:

1. Choose the specimen from the same lat.

Confirmation before test:

1). Make sure the machine is connected to the right power.

2). Do remember to wear the glove when touching the specimen.

3). Make sure the machine is horizontal.

Test steps:

1). Take the glove, check whether the machine power on, leak of electricity. After connect power, press [POWER] button, and power light is on. Now machine operating procedure will be open automatically.

2). Press the [UP] and [DOWN] button, you can rotate the [SPEED] control to enhance the speed of up and down. Confirm if protection device for up and down of the machine fixture is valid, and adjust the distance between the upper and lower fixture according to the test specimen.

3). Clamp and fix the test specimen with the upper and lower fixture.

4). Press the [CLEAR] button to ensure that the display shows 0.00, press the [PEAK] key, enter the test state.

5). Press the [UP] key for tensile test, the machine automatically stop running until the specimen is fractured or damaged.

6). The [DISPLAY] shows the maximum power of the test, record the value and press the [FUNCTION] key to save the maximum, and then press the [FUNCTION] key again to enter the print preparation; press the [PRINT] button to print the data;

7). Press the [DOWN] button, you can rotate the [SPEED] control to enhance the descending speed, so that the machine will back to the location before the test, press the [STOP] button, that is, this test is completed.

8). Test other groups of test specimen according to the above three to seven, calculate the average, that is, the maximum tensile force of the package value.

 

ўц . Trouble Removal

Failure case Possible Causes Removal method

ўч . Maintenance Procedure

1. Clearance: keep the machine clear and clean it with the cotton fabric before and after using each time.

2. Rust resistance: spray a layer of rust-resistant oil on the metal part of the machine every week. (and clean it after 2 hours )

3. Lube: fill lube (common one) at the rotating part of the machine (screw) every month regularly.

4. Check whether the screw is abrasive every half year, adjust and change it accordingly.

5. Check whether the gear oil of the reducer needs to be added or changed every year regularly.

If there is any dispute please refer to our guarantee letter, so:

D) Attentions

ўЩЎЎWhen the original installation in Dongguan, Shenzhen and the product moved to Dongguan, Shenzhen for using, regardless of whether during the effective guarantee period, transport and travel fees shall be paid by customer.

ўЪЎЎAny service outside Guangdong, China , transport and travel fees shall be paid by customer.

ўЫЎЎThe apparatus try not to be used in the following situations:

a. Vibration, rocking the occasion.

b. Direct sunlight.

c. Hot, dusty, damp places.

d. To ensure safe, AC supply of the machine should be well grounded.

e. Do not use strong solvents (such as: benzene, nitro oil) washing machine.

f. Do not inject water and debris into the machine; prevent damage to electrical comp1nts and electrical shock.

g. Instrument displays the disassembly and debugging can only be measured by the State Department approved the units and the company, other people not allowed to overhaul.
