1st album of Japanese depressive black/doom trio, who started their activities in 2013 to create slow and depressive music. Their music combines depressive black metal, doom metal and some progressive elements. Having performed a number of gigs in Tokyo, they established their own style and recorded these 8 tracks of melancholy and depression.

WT 019-2: Ataraxie - Slow Transcending Agony - digi-CD
1st album of French doom/death originally released in 2005. It has been out of print for a long time, but after a decade from its original release, it's reissued as a digi-CD with bonus track(the cover of diSEMBOWELMENT's The Tree of Life And Death). This bonus track is the first official studio recording with 3 guitars lineup. In short, their music is doom/death. They combines crushing heavy doomed riffs and intense blast beats, in addition there are a lot of catchy emotional melodies. Their agony is slowly transcending the ages and the earth will be doomed again!

WT 044: Begrabnis/Estrangement - split - papersleeve-CD
Japanese ambient/industrial doom Begrabnis VS Australian avantgarde schizophrenic funeral doom Estrangement.
Begrabnis started as 4 piece doom band with real drummer. After their drummer left in 2012, they started to use drum machine and add some ambient/industrial elements and thelmin, which makes their music much more unique one. Their vocalist is female, but don't expect ethereal beautiful clean one. It's extremely horrific dark voices which reminds me of witch's curse.
Estrangement is one of the most unique band under the banner of “Funeral Doom”. They mix a lof of elements, classical music with violin, cello, flute, piano and classical guitar, furious black/thrash metal riffs, and of course slow dismal doom! The scene is changing rapidly which is really schizophrenic!
Both bands expand the horizon of the land of doom and it's time to conquer new frontier!

WT 039: Basilisk - End of Catastrophe - CD
Japanese black/thrash since 1997 featuring ex-member of death metal band Monarchie Infernale, who has released some EPs in mid-90's. Finally they released 1st album in 2013!!! Basically, their music is aggressive blackened thrash. They don't hesitate to expand their musical horizon by adding complex technical riffs, driving melodic bass lines, and impressive melodic solo, etc... There are many experimentations but their songs keeps aggression and brutality! They use Japanese lyrics which add some exotic atmosphere. Dark and aggressive blackened thrash attack!!!!

WT 037: Worship - Terranean Wake- CD
German doom cult is back! 5 years passed since the release of their last album "Dooom" which The Doommonger created using the remnants of Mad Max(RIP). German doom cult return with great album! Extremely slow rhythm almost 1 snare per 7 or more seconds! Combination of majestic heavy riffs and long tone dismal guitar melodies. Growling vocals with 3 languages, English, German and French. If you have listened to their music before, you can imagine the sound of this album. Nothing changed but much improved doom album which represents melancholy and depression of human being on the earth.
